To redeem your voucher, please enter the voucher code when sending your request or booking. The amount will then be deducted from the final total. 1 voucher* can be redeemed per booking and only for the 1st stay at Käth & Nanei.

You can request your voucher by sending an e-mail to info@kaethundnanei.at. The voucher will be transferred to your mailbox as a PDF file or sent to your address in an envelope. Upon receipt of payment, the gift certificate will be sent to you immediately.

Step by step to your voucher

STEP 1

Request voucher

Write us an email to info@kaethundnanei. Let us know the amount you want and to which address the voucher should be sent.

STEP 2

Make payment

Afterwards you will receive a mail from us with the payment instructions. Transfer the amount to the named account.

STEP 3

Recieve voucher

As soon as we have received the amount, we will send you the voucher in digital form. In addition, we will send you the voucher in printed form to you.

STEP 4

Simply... enjoy
