GENERAL INFORMATION

The holiday home Käth & Nanei can be rented for a minimum of 2 days.
Prices are per day for up to 4 people.
Each additional person up to the 8th guest will be charged € 95.00 per day.
The 9th person and beyond will be charged € 75.00 per day.
The maximum permitted number of guests is 12.
Additional children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge.
Children aged 6 to 16 are charged € 65.00 per day.

A holiday at Käth & Nanei on Großschlaggut is something truly special at any time of year.
Therefore, except for 2 weeks per year, the rates remain nearly the same.

Additional costs:

The local tax is € 2.10 and the mobility fee is € 0.55 per night per person for guests aged 15 and over.
A one-time departure cleaning fee of € 369.00 will be charged.

Simply.. Arrive

From Vienna via the A1 or from Munich via the A9 to the Knoten Salzburg interchange, continue on the A10 Tauern motorway to the Lammertal-Hüttau exit (Exit 56/60). Then continue on the main Lammertal road to Lungötz.

Coming from the south via the A10 Tauern motorway to the Lammertal-Hüttau exit (Exit 56/60) and on the main Lammertal road to Lungötz.
Turn right between the Kaindl corporate buildings into Neubachtal and after 100m turn right at the big tree that's almost on the street. Follow the course of the Klotzenbergweg for 250 m and turn right again (before the second floor grid/cattle grid) and then turn right again after 300 meters into a forest road. Follow the access road to the Großschlaggut (access via 300 m gravel road).

ATTENTION WHEN ARRIVING IN WINTER: Although the asphalt and gravel road leading to the estate is freed from snow in winter, winter tires and snow chains are necessary. A four-wheel drive is an advantage.

PARKING: Parking spaces are available right by the house as well as plenty all over the farm.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

ARRIVAL from 3:00 PM - Access to the house is granted through a key safe with a door code. The code will be provided to you shortly before your arrival.
DEPARTURE by 10:30 AM
RESERVATION: A deposit of EUR 700.00 is required to confirm your booking. This amount should be transferred as an advance payment to the account of Käth & Nanei. The rental fee should be paid one week prior to arrival. If the payment is not received before arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Payment - Settlement upon departure: At the end of your stay, the consumed items/services from the kitchen, any missing dishes (accidents can happen despite careful use), additional services (e.g., culinary offerings, massages), and any necessary special cleanings will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. The resulting difference will be invoiced to you or refunded as a credit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If something comes up and the vacation cannot be taken as planned: If Käth & Nanei can be rented out to someone else, there will be no cancellation fees, and the deposit can be credited towards a future booking or refunded minus a 3% processing fee. If this is not the case, the following cancellation fees will be charged: 40% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, 70% of the total price for cancellations up to 1 week before arrival, 90% of the total price for cancellations in the last week before arrival. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments apply. Jurisdiction: Hallein.
