To redeem your voucher, please enter the voucher code when sending your request or booking. The amount will then be deducted from the final total. 1 voucher* can be redeemed per booking and only for the 1st stay at Käth & Nanei.

You can request your voucher by sending an e-mail to info@nanei.at The voucher will be transferred to your mailbox as a PDF file or sent to your address in an envelope. Upon receipt of payment, the gift certificate will be sent to you immediately.

Step by step to your voucher

STEP 1

Request voucher

Send us an email to info@nanei.at Let us know the amount you desire and provide us with the shipping address.

STEP 2

Make a payment

Afterward, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. Transfer the amount to the specified account.

STEP 3

Receive voucher

once we have received the amount or, if you prefer a faster process, once we have received the payment confirmation, we will send the voucher to you either in digital format or as an printed version to your address.

STEP 4

Simply... enjoy
